The Ingo z’Amahoro project, funded by Kvinna till Kvinna (KtK), was implemented from 2018 to 2024 in the Gasabo and Musanze districts. Its aim is to address key drivers of GBV and promote access to justice and psychosocial support for women, couples, youth, and teen mothers. The project employs community-based approaches such as dialogues, workshops, and radio talk shows.

Notable achievements include training 104 community facilitators who led dialogues for 740 couples and 640 women. These sessions empowered women to assume leadership roles and supported couples in transitioning from violent relationships to harmonious, economically collaborative households. The project also reached 960 teen mothers and parents through intergenerational dialogues designed to restore family harmony and increase knowledge of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). In addition, legal aid services were provided to hundreds, including 79 DNA tests and legal representation for 261 women and girls before courts
