Organization Capacity Development (OCD)
This strategic area aims at strengthening Haguruka’s organizational capacity in terms of systems and processes to enhance quality programming, transparency, and accountability. Furthermore, it will lead to secure diversified funding opportunities and the detainment of highly skilled and competent staff and paralegals in realizing Haguruka’s vision and mission. The objective further aims at strengthening and improving Haguruka’s portfolio in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), documentation, data management and dissemination, learning and reflective practices, communication/dissemination, and knowledge sharing.
