Members of HAGURUKA convened in the Ordinary General Assembly, where they reviewed the organization’s 2025 activity report as well as the 2025 financial and asset management report.
The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements, challenges, and progress made in advancing HAGURUKA’s mission and programs throughout the year.
The General Assembly also served as a platform to discuss future priorities and institutional strengthening initiatives. In addition, elections were conducted to fill leadership positions within the organization’s governing bodies.
Jean Nepomuscène Mugengangabo was elected Vice President of the Board of Directors, while Juliette Kavaruganda was elected Chairperson of the Arbitration Committee.
The newly elected leaders were entrusted with supporting the organization’s continued commitment to justice, good governance, and the protection of rights.
